More than a job, a passion! For more than 70 years, Amic has been distributing drawn wire in high carbon steel, stainless steel, low carbon steel, nickel and non-ferrous alloys and transforming it into bars for the manufacture of springs and bent parts.

DISTRIBUTION
Amic supplies its customers continuously and ensures a reactive and constant distribution. Our factory has a storage area of more than 1,500 tons in stock, which is why we respond efficiently to the most specific requests of our customers. Our sales team ensures delivery times and anticipates recurring orders. We are able to deliver small, medium and large series from 0.08 to 30 mm in diameter with the same quality, control and traceability requirements.
TRANSFORMATION
We straighten and cut wire into steel bars and rods to supply French and European spring makers and many manufacturers of shaped parts. Our unique in Europe fleet of 30 wire cutting and straightening machines allows us to carefully meet our customers’ needs in detail.
Our range is made from wires :
- from 5 mm to 6 m length
- and from 0.28 to 18 mm in diameter
AN INTERNATIONAL SCOPE
A player in the French industry, Amic is also recognized internationally for the quality of its wire and steel bars and its seriousness in following up orders. Amic has the capacity to supply quickly and efficiently many spring makers or bent parts manufacturers, whatever their location.
Our sales teams regularly participate in European trade fairs to meet new partners and introduce our products. Today, more than 20% of Amic’s turnover is realized abroad. A constantly increasing share that reflects our company strategy based on quality and rigor at all levels of our value chain.
